Returns & Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must inform us within 1 day of receiving the item. The product must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the return date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Perishable goods

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
